At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan or continue on the free tier with limited capacity.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month? No. Usage counters reset at the start of each billing period.
What happens when I reach my plan limit? The affected feature pauses. For example, if you hit your monthly email limit, campaign sending stops until the next billing period or until you add capacity.
Can I upgrade or add credits mid-cycle? Yes. You can upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel or downgrade my plan? You can downgrade from the Billing tab. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan until then.
