MailBeast.ai has a public product roadmap where you can see what we're working on, vote for features you care about, and submit your own ideas. Your feedback directly shapes the direction of the product.
How to Access the Roadmap
You can open the roadmap in two ways:
From the sidebar - Click Request a Feature in the left navigation menu. This opens the feature request panel where you can browse existing ideas or submit a new one.
From the Gleap widget - Click the support widget in the bottom-right corner of the app, then select Feature Requests.

How It Works
Browse Existing Ideas
When you open the roadmap, you'll see a list of feature requests submitted by other users and the MailBeast team. Each request shows:
Title and description - What the feature is about.
Vote count - How many users have upvoted the idea.
Status - Whether the feature is under review, planned, in progress, or completed.
Vote for Features
Found something you'd love to have? Click the upvote button on any feature request. The more votes an idea gets, the higher priority it becomes for the development team.
Submit Your Own Idea
Have a feature in mind that doesn't exist yet? Submit it:
Click Request a Feature in the sidebar.
Click the button to create a new request.
Give your idea a clear title and description - explain what you need and why it would be useful.
Submit - the MailBeast team will review it and update the status as it progresses.
Feature Statuses
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Under Review | The team has seen your request and is evaluating it. |
Planned | The feature has been approved and is on the roadmap. |
In Progress | Development has started. |
Completed | The feature is live - check it out! |
Tips for Great Feature Requests
Be specific - Instead of "better analytics", describe exactly what metric or chart you need.
Explain the use case - Tell us why you need this feature and how it fits into your workflow.
One idea per request - This makes it easier to track, vote on, and implement individual features.
Why Your Feedback Matters
We build MailBeast.ai for our users. The roadmap isn't just a wishlist - it's an active planning tool. Many of the features currently in the platform started as user requests. By participating in the roadmap, you're helping shape the future of MailBeast.ai.
