The Dashboard is your command center in MailBeast. It gives you a real-time overview of your email operations and highlights what needs attention.
Three cards at the top show your current capacity:
Active Inboxes — Number of connected, healthy email accounts. If this drops unexpectedly, an account may have disconnected — check the Email Accounts page.
Running Campaigns — Campaigns currently sending. If a campaign disappears, it may have completed or been auto-paused.
Sending Capacity — Daily sending usage across all accounts and campaigns. If you're consistently hitting the limit, consider adding more accounts or upgrading your plan.
A bar chart showing your sending volume over the last 7 days. Look for consistent bars — sudden drops may indicate paused campaigns, and sudden spikes can trigger spam filters.
Your overall bounce rate for the last 7 days with a daily trend line.
Below 2% — Healthy.
2–5% — Investigate which campaigns are contributing.
Above 5% — Pause affected campaigns and verify your lead lists. High bounce rate damages sender reputation fast.
Cards that need your immediate attention: account connection errors, DNS issues, auto-paused campaigns, or warmup problems. Each card links directly to where you can fix it.
If there are no issues, this section is hidden.
Up to two AI-generated recommendations based on your campaign performance and account health — for example, subject line refresh suggestions or account assignment tips. These are suggestions, not automatic actions.
