MailBeast.ai's interface is designed to keep everything you need within a click or two. This article covers every navigation element so you can move through the platform like a pro.
The sidebar on the left is your primary way to move between major sections of the platform. It's always visible and provides quick access to every core feature.
From top to bottom, the sidebar includes:
📊 Dashboard — Your operational overview with system status, metrics, and action items.
📥 InboxHub — Unified inbox for managing replies across all connected email accounts.
📬 Campaigns — Create, manage, and monitor your email campaigns.
📧 Email Accounts — Connect and manage your SMTP/IMAP accounts, DNS health, and warmup.
📈 Analytics — Detailed reporting on campaign performance, deliverability, and engagement.
Click any item to navigate directly to that section. The currently active section is visually highlighted so you always know where you are.
If you need more screen space for the main content area:
Click the
icon in the header, next to the sidebar.
The sidebar shrinks to icon-only mode, showing just the icons for each navigation item.
Hover over an icon to see a tooltip with the section name.
Click the
icon to return to the full sidebar view.
💡 Tip: On smaller screens, the collapsed sidebar gives you significantly more room for content like the InboxHub thread view or campaign analytics charts.
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find:
Documentation link — Quick access to help articles (this help center).
Settings — Opens the Settings area.
The top bar runs across the top of every page and provides contextual information and quick actions.
On the left side, the top bar displays the name of the current page (e.g., "Dashboard", "Campaigns", "Email Accounts"). This confirms where you are in the application.
A compact indicator showing a summary of your current plan usage. This gives you a quick glance at how much of your plan capacity you're using without navigating to Settings.
Click the indicator to go directly to Settings > Plan & Usage for the full breakdown.
💡 Tip: Keep an eye on this indicator, especially when running multiple campaigns. If you're approaching a limit, you'll want to upgrade or purchase add-ons before campaigns would be restricted for sending.
The bell icon on the right side of the top bar opens the Notifications drawer. A badge appears on the bell when you have unread notifications, showing the count.
MailBeast.ai supports multiple languages. The language switcher lets you toggle between them.
Click the switcher to change the interface language. This applies immediately to all navigation, labels, buttons, and system messages.
A quick-access link to the Settings area, same as the Settings link in the sidebar footer.
At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll find your user workspace profile card.
Click on the profile card to open a dropdown menu with quick links:
All Settings sub-sections — Direct links to specific settings pages (Profile, Plan & Usage, Billing, etc.) so you can jump straight to what you need.
Logout — Sign out of your account.
If you're on a trial plan, a card appears in the sidebar showing:
How many days remain in your trial.
A summary of trial limitations.
An Upgrade button that takes you directly to plan selection.
This card disappears once you upgrade to a paid plan.
Clicking the notification bell in the top bar opens a drawer that slides in from the right side of the screen.
Campaign events — Campaign started, completed, paused, or auto-paused due to issues.
Account warnings — Email account disconnected, authentication expired, DNS issues detected.
System alerts — Plan limit warnings, billing notices.
Warmup milestones — Warmup phase completions.
Mark as read — Click on a notification to mark it as read and remove the badge count.
Mark as unread — Mark a notification as unread if you want to come back to it.
Navigate to source — Most notifications link directly to the relevant page (e.g., clicking a campaign pause notification takes you to that campaign or in case of Inbox Hub - directly to discussion thread).
Understanding the Dashboard — Detailed breakdown of every dashboard section.
Glossary — Definitions of key terms you'll encounter throughout the platform.
